🌱 Core Advantages in Mortar & Concrete

  • Outstanding thixotropy and anti-segregation performance:
Balances construction fluidity and static stability simultaneously, a core superiority over single thickeners. It’s fast gel reconstruction at rest to stop aggregates sinking, stratification and sagging on vertical surfaces.
  • Plasticity & trowelability to improve workability:
Boosts cohesiveness of stiff dry mortars, reduces dripping, no sticky to spatula and improves smooth finishing performance during plastering and tiling.
  • Excellent Thickening & suspension function:
Forms reversible 3D gel networks to adjust system viscosity, solving contradictions between brushing fluidity and vertical anti-sagging performance. Adsorbs and wraps pigment/filler particles via electrostatic force, preventing hard sedimentation, floating and color separation during long-term storage, extending coating shelf life.
  • Temperature-resistant rheology stability:
Viscosity barely fluctuates under high/low storage and construction temperatures.
  • Crack resistance for thin-layer mortars:
Suppresses rapid water loss and uneven shrinkage to minimize surface cracking of plaster and repair mortar.
  • Excellent storage stability for coatings:
Prevents irreversible hard sediment of heavy pigments like titanium dioxide; coatings can be homogenized easily by simple stirring after long standing.
  • Wide compatibility:
Compatible with Portland cement, gypsum, latex emulsion, alkyd resin, epoxy and various inorganic fillers; sodium bentonite for aqueous systems, organo-modified bentonite for solvent coatings.
  • No negative impact on film gloss:
Unlike cellulose thickeners, it rarely causes loss of surface gloss of decorative coatings at reasonable dosages.
  • Non-toxic, eco-friendly & low carbon:
Inert mineral without volatile toxic components; replacing cement reduces CO₂ emissions from clinker calcination, complying with green building standards.
